John  has been a licensed
                                              realtor since 1978 and is a

                                              Goodell and Associates, Inc.

                                              A fourth generation San Luis

                                              Obispo County native, John

                                              majored in business and

                                              finance at Oregon State

                                              University and Cal Poly, San

                                              Luis Obispo. He is particularly

                                              adept at assisting clients with

                                              creative financing, property

                                              exchanges, and negotiations. Identifying investment opportunities is a high priority. John holds CRS, ABR and SRES designations from the National Association of REALTORS^R (NAR). These designations are held by only a few real estate agents on the Central Coast. 

                                     Randolph (Randy) McGrew joined
                            Team Goodell in 2002 after a
                            successful career in the
                            production and staging of corporate
                            shows and events for high-tech
                            Silicone Valley companies. Randy is a certified e-PRO Internet Professional, trained in delivering the kind of service today's internet-savvy customer expects. The e-PRO belongs to a special community of highly skilled and continuously trained real estate professionals in the evolving world of on-line real estate. Randy is an avid golfer and supports many local charities.
